When I accepted Jesus into my heart and was born-again, I felt compassion that I never had before. I opened my eyes to see the world in a new way. I’ve had my struggles with sin that separate me from God, but Jesus promised he would never abandon us. (Though we are faithless, He remains faithful to us, 2 Timothy 2:13).

One attribute of a genuine Christian is “appreciation.” Appreciation for what Jesus did on the cross and being adopted into His kingdom. Matthew Ward has seen a lot of hardship, even after signing with the 2nd Chapter of Acts, but his heart has always expressed the humility of someone who appreciated the cost of his salvation and the gift of eternal life.

My prayer is that you too will experience the Love of God the Father, through Jesus giving his life on the cross and that you follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
